#AskTheExpert which milk should i give after 1 year.she is on formula....now can we give her cow milk of mother dairy

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. after one year of age you can go for any type of milk for the child and you can give it on trial basis and you can start either cow's milk or buffalo milk or packet milk or formula milk and it totally depends upon you as which milk you want to start for your child

as your child is one year old,there is no restriction on food.
so yes,you can give.
but as you are introducing it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
