A. Hello mom When mother’s milk is not sufficient for babies and the best alternative of mothers milk is formula milk. So you can start giving formula milk to your baby if you are not getting sufficient milk. And now your baby is seven months old so you can also start giving at least four meals in a day. Happy parenting
