Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. please give paracetamol always the safe medicine and do cold sponging also. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
