you can use any baby cream like Johnson.. Himalaya or mama earth..
offer more liquids and fruits for good skin and hair

to prevent dryness ,it would be best to use Babyhug milky lotion.
it is best.
along with that , you should give Massage to your child everyday.
shorten your child bath time up to 10 minutes.
keep your child well hydrated
