ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, all that you prepare at home are healthy and hygienic. Give three wholesome meals and two healthy snacks daily. Include fruits, nuts, dry fruits, soup, sundal etc for snacks. Include millets and leafy greens weekly twice.

First of all keep your baby well hydrated. give 3 complete family meal . 2 to 3 types pf fruits daily which include banana, sweet pato avacado kiwi, orange chicoo. apart from this add ghee butter ,cheese paneer in his diet give homemase fresh curd one egg daily you can give nuts also but make sure it it is overnight soaked.
