#asktheexpert When we should start semi solid food for my baby who is 3 months old. Also, what are the various food items we can give to baby?

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 month and do not give any food till then and incase the bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
