POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 montgs as by then tgeir immunity and digestive system develop a bit for foods other than milk. You can start with 4-6 spoons per serving twice a day of lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
