Hello ma’am Child normally starts to speak after the age of 8 to 9 months a certain word you know like mamma papa and the easier words like that ending with a so basically I believe that is the right time or child should start okay if your child is 18 month and not speaking at all then you should be consulting any ENT specialist ones
