start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
give sunbath every morning

They Can you pick up any time after the age of 8 to 10 months you start speaking little little what is slowly gradually they pick up more and more so it would completely depend on how quickly is your child picking up and how much are you talking because kids pick up from us only when we talk to them
