A. Hello Ma’am cerelac Is an introductory food and gas it is good to give to the child but you know you should just give it once in a day or twice in a day initially and then slowly gradually shift to proper food like porridge khichadi and all these things because they are the much for healthier options that you should be giving to the child after the age of six months
