if possible keep the hair as short as possible
wash the hair with a medicated shampoo
also after shampoo put a capful of Dettol in about two litres of water and use it as the last rinse after head wash
when the hair is still wet gently comb the hair and keep a white cloth under
all the lice will come
repeat it a couple of times
massage the hair in the night with coconut oil to which some camphor is added
