#asktheexpert what should we give to our children in place of milk.. because in cities everyone can't get even the right king of milk

A. hello dear there is no replacement or no substitute of the milk even if you want to give another things which are rich in calcium will indirectly contains the milk so you have to be sure about the quality of the milk either it is branded or from dairy

Q. I have low milk in right breast and more in left. When I give milk in right breast from side to back I feel pain in nerve. So I started pumping in hand to remove milk because of fever. In my left breast milk flows most of the time. But when I try to pump milk from right breast I get fever. Because of pain.
