SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. You can use a 30-60 ml bowl for a feed. You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week !
Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum !
Gradually you can introduce one one item
