A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Avoid heavy foods that take time for digestion. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
