#asktheexpert what should be the ideal weight for 8month old baby boy. what kind of semi solid we can give as a complementary food. can we give small amount buffalo milk?

A. dear Mum, the ideal weight of an 8 months old baby boy should be in the range of 7.7 kg to 9.6 kg. you can give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food. breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby till 1 year.
