RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. After the age of 10 months you can go ahead with chicken and fish after the age of 8 to 9 months comfort table if you can go for yellow part of the egg white after the age of 13 months and mutton and heavy red meat after the age of 2 1/2 years
