A. Hello dear, Foods to increase haemoglobin are rice flakes, puffed rice, green leafy vegetables, jaggery, lotus stem, peanuts, sesame seeds, bathua , amaranth, and also add vitamin C sources for better absorption..Like lemonade with meals, add lemon in dals
