give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

You can start giving all family foods that you cook at home . Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Try to. Make it a habit to feed all foods. Esle they may avoid in future. Avoid snacks and other junks and from the beginning and replace with fruits and nuts.Here are few options.. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati soaked n sambar or milk, upma, poha, potato mash, banana mash, ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, Lunch - rice with milk, dal, watery sambar, any veggie rice, Khicidi, for snacks you czn choose veggies n fruits cheese panner eggs dinner chapatis, rice is a still a good option, khicidi, dosa idly
