#asktheexpert what quantity of food should be given to babies after six months.my baby is eight months old and I still don't know how much food should I feed so that it doesn't become overeating

When your child says no to the food after eating a decent amount of food that means you know that the child as false and you are not going to overheat you have to understand that thing so that’s completely fine secondly you should start giving proper food like Paris fruits and vegetables khichadi banana papaya watermelon and all kind of healthy fruits and vegetables and you can also give khichadi oats ragi South Indian Food Dosa Idly whatever you want
