Good afternoon since your child is 8 months old you can add Khichdi Daliya Khichdi Upma cooked rice Dal with vegetables vegetable curries you can also introduce eggs with small quantity if your baby is tolerating well you can continue also add seasonal fruits and vegetables in his diet

you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
