give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to give your child whole grain foods you can give tender coconut water as well as the coconut to eat to the child everyday you can try to give all kinds of pulses give seasonal fruits and vegetables try to incorporate fresh fruit juices in the everyday diet
