ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, for dinner you can give roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao. Give at least 2 hours before bed bath time. This is the right time to introduce eggs. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.
