if child has completed six months you can start liquids like rice water or dal ka Pani or fruit purees

Nutritionist Do not recommend honey before the age of 12 months so don’t give honey to the child apart from that you can start with fruit purees vegetable today porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all these things are very good to go for apart from that you can give oats Paneer cheese curd these things are very healthy you can start giving them
