Hello mom start with liquids first if it’s the first time you are feeding the baby weaning foods apart from your feed and then start with semi solids and mashed foods . Such as Steamed and mashed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi, multigrain mix , suji etc , kichidi
