Babies if they are well good with semi solids, you can now progress to soft consistency foods , were in you can inlcude more foods from varied food groups,
be it rice, roti, dals, egg yolk, fish etc dry fruits , sago ,ragi, suji, home made cerelac mix, dalia, oats . panner,curds , ghee, seasonal fruits & vegetables etc
