#asktheexpert what is the alternative if breastfeeding is reduced? can I proceed to go with formula milk?

A. it is always advisable to continue breastfeeding to the baby till 6 months of age it is the motivation of the mother that gets proper milk take a liquid diet milk fruit juices

A. hi breastfeeding work on demand and supply. so the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. please offer plenty of feeds. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this. stay stress free. but although it is not possible then you can opt for formula or external milk only after consulting with your pediatrician.
