ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi post 6 months along with breastfeeding top feeds can be initiated prefer home based kitchen feeds. introduce one food at a time start with liquids like rice dal water and gradually give blends of rice dal, ragi pech rawa pech mashed or pureed fruits mashed potatoes avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age of baby
