#asktheexpert what if I deliver my baby at 35 weeks?he will be fine?or dr will put him in nicu?please let me know

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. if a baby gets delivered at 35 weeks of pregnancy yes it will definitely need management in nicu , so it is always preferred to have delivery after 37 week at least

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello dear until you deliver before 37 weeks of the pregnancy the baby will be considered as premature and and that case maybe doctor have to keep the baby in the Nicu to avoid all kind of infections
