A. calcium is available in good amount in milk and milk products. it is also available in good amount in pulses and cereals and fruits. also richley present in green leafy vegetables ragi,soyabean,chickpea,nuts, dryfruits,seeds,beans,lentils non vegetarian food as wzell as eggs fish contain good amount of calcium. if the above diet is given properly no need to give calcium supplements to the child

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
