In 7 months, you can feed variety of nutritious foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, khichdi, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 4-6 times formula milk.
