#AskTheExpert What food can be given to a 3 month old baby? How many months to feed first?

A. hi WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for 1st 6 months mother's milk is best for baby's growth. Nothing except mother's milk should be given to baby You can start fluids like dal water, rice water after baby completes 6 months
