ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it is observed that gluten free and casein free diet is quite effective in such conditions. So gluten free diet is basically free of wheat - roti, paranthas, bread, bakery foods etc need to avoided and casein is milk and dairy products.
