#asktheexpert what can be a probable sleeping pattern of 4 months old? what sleep routine we can follow before night bedtime?

A. for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep. so can do this
