#AskTheExpert what are nutrients? what are the bemefits of having nutrients everyday. what is the required amount for adults and wjat foods contain high nutrients. please educate.

A. Hello dear parent! Nutrients can be classified as carbohydrates, proteins, fibre, minerals, fats, vitamins and water. It is important to take in all the above for a better health and growth. Include green leafy vegetables, nuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
