A. Dear mum, for 2 years old child, give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits and nuts. Pulses, legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food.
