#AskTheExpert What all food I can give to 6 month old baby. Also if milk needs to be added in certain food purries, can I add cow/buffalo milk? What all need to be taken care

A. Hi parent As per my personal experience , Desi cow a2 milk can be given soups of tomato, drumsticks, moong, rice, daal, etc probiotics as per her suitability and season meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge idl
