A. Hello If your child has completed the age of six months you can start with semisolid food like rice Dal water vegetable and fruit purée mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato and you can go ahead with Suji Kheer Upma Halwa like in semisolid to flowy consistency Suji Kheer Paneer items Paneer cheese and curd you can go for different ways also you can introduce water and coconut water to the child
