#asktheexpert we are keeping our 12 days old baby exposed to morning sun light for 15 - 20 mins... How many days this should be continued?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you can expose for around 10 mins daily and good to continue for a long time as sun is the natural source of vitamin d and it would be good to expose your child regularly for few months atleast which would actually be really good for the babies growth
