Ideal weight of a 3.9 years old baby boy should be between 15 to 15.5 kgs and height 99 to 101 cms depending on eating habits and physical activities. For healthy growth and development of baby, it is important to feed variety of fresh, home cooked, nutritious meals alongwith lots of fluids. Engage him in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming, hanging bars and other outdoor games.
