Hello ma’am You can lose on your weight in a proportionate manner only with a proper workout and the diet so I would advise you to start doing brisk walk at least twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening after dinner and take a proper diet from a dietician so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
