ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables , nuts, fresh fruit, n dry fruit in regular diet. tc.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Hello Since you had a C-section I would not actually recommend you to sit and sleep on the floor and Mrs Aditi is going to affect your stitches you should not do these things after C-section at least for 90 days that’s what the doctor say
