Q.

#asktheexpert the stool is tight from last 4 days. intake is normal formula milk only. excretion is once a day but the qty is liess and tummy feels bloated

A. yes that's fine. As per what you have mentioned there is no need to worry about this as it is seeming to be a normal thing and so there is no need to worry about this at all for now . .

A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing constipation and tried to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipationf Medicine is to be given only if constructed by the doctor after examination
