Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrvation is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fegver than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Your child is passing stool after two hours not immediately so that’s okay that is completely normal sea the issue that your child is going Thru is going to take some time to subside completely but as of now this thing is completely normalWrite Your Answer Here
