#AskTheExpert The only issue with my dad is she doesn't sleep at night. Her usual sleep time is morning 3 am to afternoon 2 pm. She is 4 months 8 days old.

A. the definitely pattern of the baby can be established only after 6 months of age till then do not allow the baby to sleep in the daytime and give a good massage to your baby at the regular time of sleep that you wish to have
