ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is a newborn it's normal for baby to pass motion after each feed see if anal region is red or baby is having gas problem if so give cyclopam drops 0.3 ml and apply rashfree ointment

Passing out stool after taking feed is very much normal in néw born babies.
Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
