These are unhealthy foods as they contain ingredients like sugar, flavour, maida, colour. Do not give any packaged foods as they result in unhealthy weight gain. Avoid tea and coffee as well.
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Tea , coffee both are not suggested as they cause gas, caffeine in coffee is not good for babies.
Biscuits also Millet, Cereals,atta or multi grain biscuits are only suggested without sugar ,as Maida, sugar processed cause phelgum in Babies,looses appetite.
Prefer home made cookies or multi grain biscuits without sugar.
Growth is fine still have to Give balanced diet with Fruits vegetables, Cereals, Millets,milk and diary products,egg, meat,dry fruits, Leafy vegetables.
