A. Hello dear parent, best food for pregnant women is to eat home made food only. Eat green vegetables and lentils, rice, beans carrot, Oats, poha, parantha, halwa, suji, drink milk, and fresh fruits. But must wash everything thing thoroughly before consuming. Also cook very well. Under cooked food should be avoided.
