A. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out . Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fefttver . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . Doctor cofnsultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

A. Maxtra P Syrup is commonly prescribed in children to treat symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever. These symptoms are usually associated with common cold, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), and other respiratory tract conditions.
