please do the following things:
please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
give warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
