#asktheexpert Suddenly very high fever my son is 4 years 2 months coming back school and from afternoon yesterday's it's very high temperature paracitable given but fever not falling ...plz advice

A. please do cold sponging this is important reduce fever in addition to medicine. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
